Organising Smart City projects - Lessons from Amsterdam

The European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities (EIP-SCC) Business Models, Finance and Procurement Action Cluster is organising a webinar on “Organising Smart City projects - Lessons from Amsterdam” on the 6th of June at 14.00 CET.

The Webinar will discuss the lessons learnt during the development of 12 smart city projects in Amsterdam. Prof. Willem van Winden will present the wider context of smart projects, with a particular focus on non-technological aspects of smart city projects. Furthermore, various facets of smart projects, such as the difficulties in making organisations with divergent agendas, come together to collaborate with each another as well as involving different stakeholders vis-à-vis dividing returns and risks will also be addressed.

The Webinar will last one hour and will have the following structure:
• 5 minutes of introduction
• 25 minutes of presentation
• 30 minutes of Q&A
