The event will take place during the 2019 session of the EIP-SCC General Assembly, which will offer a unique opportunity for Smart city actors to exchange best practices, present projects, find partners, and stimulate discussions helping the development of innovative ideas.
The matchmaking aims at creating new occasions for cities and financiers to meet and better design investment projects and identify opportunities for financial support for Smart Cities related initiatives. The event will include cities, industries, SMEs, investors, researchers and other smart city actors.
The process is organised in one-to-one discussions, which last approximately half-an-hour. During this time, interested parties can liaise look for potential improvements to be made to the project (i.e. to increase bankability) and opportunities for further collaborations, beyond the event.
To take part in the event it is necessary to register.
The event will be taking place on the 16th and 17th of May in Brussels at the Albert Hall Complex (Chaussée de Wavre, 649-651, B-1040 Brussels).
